2. Data we collect

  • Contact form data – name, email, phone (optional), preferred date, language and message you submit through the booking request form.
  • Technical and usage data – IP address, browser, device, pages visited, referral source. Collected only with your consent through third-party analytics tools (see Section 7).
  • Cookies and similar technologies – see our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your request (contact / booking form): processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending occasional newsletters about our experiences and offers: based on your explicit consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Statistical analysis and marketing through cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and other tools integrated via Lovable): based on your consent given through the cookie banner.
  • Administrative, accounting and legal obligations: processing necessary to comply with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be processed by carefully selected service providers acting as data processors, including:

  • Resend – transactional email delivery for the contact form;
  • Lovable Cloud – hosting and application infrastructure;
  • Google LLC – Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Maps;
  • Meta Platforms – Meta Pixel for advertising measurement;
  • Our internal staff in charge of booking management and customer care.

5. Data transfers outside the EU

Some recipients (e.g. Google, Meta) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and additional safeguards where required.

6. Retention

  • Contact form data: up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn or unsubscribe.
  • Accounting and tax records: 10 years, as required by Italian law.
  • Cookie-related data: as specified in the Cookie Policy.
