These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the booking request of private yacht charters, day cruises, transfers and related experiences offered along the Amalfi Coast and Gulf of Naples.

Sending a request through the form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. The booking is finalised only after written confirmation from PdG Charter S.R.L. and, where required, payment of a deposit. Prices, availability and itineraries are indicative and may vary based on season, weather and operational conditions.

Specific prices, payment terms, deposits and cancellation policies for each experience are communicated in writing during the booking process. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the policy shared with the booking confirmation.

For safety reasons, PdG Charter S.R.L. reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary in case of adverse weather, sea conditions or events that may compromise the safety of guests or crew. In such cases, alternative dates or a refund will be proposed in accordance with the agreed booking policy.

Guests must follow the crew's instructions at all times. Behaviour that endangers safety, damages the yacht, violates Italian laws or disturbs other guests authorises the captain to end the experience without refund.

PdG Charter S.R.L. is liable in accordance with mandatory applicable law. Liability for indirect damages or damages attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure, adverse weather, third-party conduct) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is owned by PdG Charter S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction where applicable; otherwise, the court of Naples shall have jurisdiction.
